Job Description

Experience: 5+ years

Requisites:


  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related field, with approximately 4 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred SAP certification/s.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with the SAP SD module, including participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in integrating SAP SD with other modules such as PP, IBP, FI/CO, MM, LE, PS, etc.
  • Desirable experience with SAP Variant Configuration, batch management, forecasts, and sales stock.
  • Proven track record in executing business blueprints and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability in project documentation, requirements gathering, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana considered advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation and technical writing abilities. Keen interest in advancing enterprise domain knowledge alongside technology skills.
  • Demonstrate qualities of a forward thinker and self-starter, thriving on new challenges and quickly adapting to learning new knowledge.
  • Prior consulting experience with a history of driving revenue within existing clients and developing new prospects.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team of consulting professionals across multiple projects.
  • A commitment to a strong work ethic.



Responsibilities:


  • Engaged in extensive SAP client projects on a large scale.
  • Consistently uphold the delivery of high-quality client services, ensuring work products meet stringent standards within specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Oversee project progress, proactively manage risks, and maintain transparent communication with key stakeholders regarding progress and anticipated outcomes.
  • Skillfully manage client service expectations, ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities.
  • Keep abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to client operations.
  • Demonstrate initiative and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortably engage with clients on a daily basis, fostering effective communication.
  • This role entails frequent interaction with clients across various levels.
  • Collaborate effectively within diverse teams, leveraging various skills and backgrounds to create an innovative and inclusive work environment.

Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, approaches, thought leadership, and accelerators tailored to client needs
