Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP SCT. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can manage day-to-day operations efficiently and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities

Should have hands-on skills in SAP SCT.
Should have working knowledge of Configuring legal/compliance parameters in SAP SCT.
Should have working knowledge of Integrating SAP SCT with ECC/S/4 systems.
Should work AMS engagement in a 24X5 engagement.
Should have good Interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in SAP-EHS and ESG guidelines will be a value addition.
Should be available to work from Cognizant India locations for minimum 3 days in a week.

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience in SAP SCT + EHS Consultant.
Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Should have experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Should have a proven track record of successful project execution.
Must be dedicated to contributing to the company's success and making a positive impact on society.
