Primary Skill: Primary Skill: Oracle SCM, Supply Chain Management & Planning, Procurement, Order Management, Quality, Sales and Operation Planning, Demand and Supply Chain Planning Secondary Skill: AR, AP, GL, FBDI, ADFbi, Apps composer, config managementNP: Immediate to 8 days OnlyExperience: 12 to 15 YearsCTC - As per marketWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Consultant to manage Application Managed Services (AMS) projects The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud modules, particularly in managing post-implementation support and enhancements He should hold expertise in supporting following modules AP, AR, GL, SLA and tax management Responsibilities: System Maintenance and Support:a Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP Cloud applications Handle user issues and incidents, ensuring timely resolution Handle periodic activities and critical issues Enhancements and Upgrades:a Analyse business requirements and propose solutions for system enhancements Manage configuration changes and system upgrades as needed Change Management:a Assess impact of changes and enhancements on existing configurations Coordinate change requests and ensure compliance with change management processe User Training and Documentation:a Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users Ensure users are proficient in utilizing Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities Client Relationship Management:a Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication related to AMS activities Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction Performance Monitoring and Reporting:a Monitor system performance metrics and generate periodic reports Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization Qualifications:1 Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Oracle ERP Cloud certification preferred Minimum 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financials Cloud applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: Must be Fusion certified professional in Finance area
