Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled SAP SD and Outbound Process Designer to lead the functional design, configuration, and optimization of outbound logistics and sales processes within the SAP SD module. This role focuses on improving efficiency and integration across delivery, shipment, billing, and Available-to-Promise (ATP) processes, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and customer fulfillment.

You will collaborate within an Agile delivery framework, working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable SAP solutions supporting global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and configure end-to-end outbound processes in SAP SD (S/4HANA or ECC), covering sales order processing, delivery creation, goods issue, and billing.
Implement and optimize Available-to-Promise (ATP) logic, including aATP (Advanced ATP) in S/4HANA for improved order commitment and inventory visibility.
Streamline delivery scheduling, route determination, and shipping point determination to ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders to identify process gaps, document business needs, and translate them into SAP solutions.
Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flow diagrams aligned with system standards.
Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in Agile sprints; actively participate in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and ensure a smooth go-live and hypercare transition.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Qualification:

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in SAP SD module (S/4HANA or ECC), focusing on sales, delivery, billing, and ATP processes.
Proven expertise in functional design, SAP configuration, and order-to-cash (OTC) business process mapping.
Hands-on experience with Available-to-Promise (ATP), backorder processing (BOP), and delivery scheduling.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodology, including sprint execution and backlog management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certification in SD or aATP.
Experience in high-volume distribution, automotive, or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with RFID/barcode systems, transportation systems integration, and labeling processes.
Exposure to SAP Activate methodology or Agile SAP implementations.
