As a Strategic Leader, your responsibilities will include: - Providing strategic leadership and direction for projects - Contributing to the development of overall strategy for engagement - Engaging with stakeholders at a strategic level to understand their business objectives and aligning solutions accordingly - Acting as a trusted advisor by providing insights on industry best practices and emerging trends In the domain of Solution Architecture, you will: - Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions - Ensure that the system architecture aligns with long-term business goals - Utilize your experience in a support role, particularly in migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA, including providing assistance throughout the migration process and post-migration support Your role in Business Process Optimization will involve: - Identifying opportunities for business process optimization and efficiency improvements - Guiding in transforming business processes to enhance efficiency In terms of Quality Assurance, you will be expected to: - Oversee and ensure the quality of implementations - Conduct reviews and audits to maintain high standards Your responsibilities in Project Governance will entail: - Establishing and enforcing project governance standards - Ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks Additionally, as a Team Leader and Mentor, you will: - Provide mentorship to junior and senior consultants - Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture You will also be involved in: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders - Identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects - Conducting training sessions for internal teams - Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization While experience in SAP S/4 HANA is highly desirable, you will also be expected to have an understanding of SAC Analytics and other reporting tools in SAP.,
