Job Title: SAP Practice Lead Manufacturing Domain

About the Role

SAP Practice Lead

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership:
Build and scale the SAP practice, define strategy, and establish delivery frameworks.
Customer Engagement:
Partner with CXOs, lead pre-sales, and craft SAP-enabled business solutions (S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP).
Solution Architecture:
Design end-to-end SAP solutions for manufacturing clients; ensure quality and timely delivery.
Business Growth:
Identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and drive thought leadership.

Required Skills

15+ years in SAP consulting; 5+ years in leadership/practice management.
Expertise in
SAP ECC, S/4HANA
, and manufacturing modules (PP, QM, MM, EWM, PM, PP-PI).
Strong experience in
pre-sales, solutioning, and team building
.
Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies (BTP, Analytics Cloud, Industry 4.0).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certifications in S/4HANA.
Exposure to
SAP RISE
, cloud deployments, and MES integration.
Experience with global manufacturing clients.
