Job Opening: Content - Digital Content Management Representative (Contractual Role)

About the Role

Content - Digital Content Management Representative

You will play an important role in ensuring that all marketing content is efficiently reused and maintained within the global library framework, contributing to business outcomes and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with internal teams (GBU, LOC XMs) and external agencies to ensure smooth delivery of operations.
Manage user queries received via email and ensure timely resolution.
Prioritize and complete assigned tasks within deadlines and quality standards.
Ensure error-free execution of day-to-day operations.
Assist in managing overall team workload and support peers as required.
Analyze and solve lower-complexity operational or content-related problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Graduate (Any Stream) – 2024/2025 passouts only.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Soft Skills:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
