About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Practice Head with over 18 years of experience to lead our SAP department. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple SAP modules, a proven track record in building and scaling SAP practices, managing large teams, driving pre-sales and delivery excellence, and partnering with clients across industries. This is a strategic leadership role with full ownership of SAP capability development, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership

• Define and drive the SAP practice vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.

Build and scale capabilities in traditional SAP and next-gen offerings including SAP RISE and S/4HANA Cloud.

Stay ahead of SAP innovations (S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.) and define strategic capability investments.

Establish best practices, frameworks, and governance for SAP project delivery.

Business Development & Pre-Sales

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to craft winning SAP solutions and proposals.
• Lead client conversations, solution presentations, and RFP responses.
• Build strong executive-level relationships with clients and key SAP partners.

Delivery Oversight

• Ensure successful delivery of SAP programs with a focus on scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide delivery governance and escalation management for complex engagements.
• Implement reusable assets, accelerators, and standardized delivery models.

Talent Management & Growth

• Mentor and guide SAP consultants across levels.
• Design and implement learning roadmaps and certification plans.
• Attract, retain, and develop top SAP talent to build a strong practice bench.

Required Skills & Experience

• 18+ years of strong experience in SAP, with at least 5+ years in leadership or practice head roles.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP RISE, ECC and S/4HANA across modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, and ABAP.
• Exposure to cloud integrations, SAP BTP, Analytics, or SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale SAP implementations and rollouts.
• Strong client-facing, pre-sales, and business consulting skills.
• Demonstrated capability to build teams, drive delivery, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• SAP Certifications (S/4HANA, RISE, Solution Architect, etc.) preferred.
