Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant to join our team. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and quality control processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, integration with other SAP modules, and strong problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP PP and QM modules.
Configure SAP PP (Master Data, MRP, Work Scheduling, Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning) to meet business needs.
Configure SAP QM (Inspection Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Certificates, Notifications, and Audit Management).
Support integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and PM.
Develop and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Work with development teams for enhancements, custom reports, and interfaces.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
Train key users and create documentation for business processes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company SOPs.
