SAP PP / QM with S4 HANA Functional consultant

As an experienced SAP Expert specializing in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, your role will involve: - Deep knowledge and experience in SAP PP and QM modules, including configuration and implementation. - Proficiency in S4 HANA features, particularly in PPDS and Advanced Variant Configuration. - Strong understanding of demand management, MRP processes, and manufacturing execution. - Knowledge of quality management processes, notifications, inspections, calibrations, and interfaces. - Efficient management of product data in PLM, including parts, materials, engineering changes, and workflows. - Seamless integration with other SAP modules like S/4HANA, Product data replicator (PDR), and external PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, MES, Ariba, Supplier 360, Windchill. - Understanding of Plant Maintenance (PM) processes and basic knowledge in SAP ABAP basics. In terms of responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Build Functional Specifications (FS) to outline system requirements and create detailed test cases for testing functionalities. - Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements, maintain accurate records, and implement information security protocols. - Participate in at least three full-cycle implementation projects in PP and one in Variant Configuration, as well as one end-to-end full-cycle implementation project in S4 HANA. - Demonstrate at least three years of experience in the manufacturing domain and the ability to manage project stakeholders and business users effectively. Basic requirements for this position include: - A degree in Engineering with 12+ years of consulting experience in SAP MM, WM, and S4 HANA features. - Minimum three years of domain experience in manufacturing from a planning and execution perspective. - Minimum three implementation experiences in PP Implementation and at least one in QM Implementation. - Minimum one HANA implementation experience in PP.
