Description
As a SAP Plant Maintenance - Techno-Functional Consultant at MSIL, your role involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP PM/EAM to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with core business and SAP IT teams, as well as SI partners, to ensure successful implementation of the PM module as per the project plan. Your responsibilities include analyzing complex business process requirements, identifying gaps, documenting business requirements, and providing system solutions. You will also integrate SAP PM with other modules and external systems, troubleshoot software problems, and handle high-priority issues as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM/EAM according to business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate SAP PM with other modules and external systems. - Map business requirements, identify gaps, and develop necessary product modifications. - Integrate SAP PM with other modules and external systems, working closely with cross-functional teams and external parties. - Document functional designs, test cases, and results. - Validate functional specification documents prepared by SI partners and provide input for sustainability and business requirement fulfillment. - Provide subject matter expert services on SAP PP module and other dependent modules. - Participate actively in testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Develop and implement SAP PM strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and contract management. - Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on SAP PM functionalities and best practices. - Adhere to project tasks as per defined timelines. - Track change management and assess impacts across modules. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - SAP Certification. - 6-8 years of experience as SAP PM/EAM Senior Consultant. - Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations with at least one on S/4 HANA. - Knowledge of Fiori Apps, Maintenance Business Processes, SAP PM Configuration, Master Data, and Integration with other SAP Modules. - Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional testing, and end-user training. - Proven ability to configure SAP solutions, participate in blueprinting and design discussions. - Understanding of Global template implementation, other modules (e.g., MM, QM), and conversion tools. - Experience in BTP, RPA implementation, Fiori Apps, and Dashboards.
