As a SAP Plant Maintenance - Techno-Functional Consultant at MSIL, you play a crucial role in the implementation and support of SAP PM/EAM to ensure the successful adoption of Global Best practices and Digital transformation. Your expertise in SAP plant maintenance area will be leveraged to facilitate the implementation of SAP Project and collaborate with core business functions, SAP IT teams, and SI Partners. Your responsibilities include analyzing complex business process requirements, identifying gaps, and providing system solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules and external systems. Additionally, you will troubleshoot software problems, handle emergency transports, and document functional designs and test cases. Collaboration with core business functions and IT teams is essential for the implementation of PM module as per the project plan. You will actively participate in testing phases, conduct training sessions for end-users, and propose business process enhancements. Your role also involves developing and implementing SAP PM strategies, policies, and procedures to improve line efficiency and inventory control. To be successful in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field along with 6-8 years of experience as a SAP PM/EAM Senior Consultant. You should have knowledge of Fiori Apps, SAP PM Configuration, Master Data, and integration with other SAP modules. Experience in requirements gathering, functional testing, and training support is essential. Your behavioral competencies should include effective communication skills, analytical skills, and self-motivation in learning new concepts. Technical competencies required for this role include knowledge of PM, ABAP, PI/PO for Interfaces, and familiarity with BTP, RPA implementation, FIORI Apps, and Dashboards.
