Project Details:
Platform and Database Migration from Windows to Linux and MSSQL to SAP HANA, respectively. PO Migration will be AS-IS.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Before migration, Gather all information of the existing PO landscape at source, document it and design scalable integration solutions using SAP PI/PO's tools, processes, and methodologies for target landscape.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Post Migration, Validate whether all function as per the information gathered at source are working or not. If required, perform all necessary post-steps to make them work. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure interfaces work correctly and meet functional requirements.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical integration issues, provide ongoing technical support, and maintain the integration landscape.
System Integration:
Collaborate with functional teams (like SAP MM, SD, PP) and other modules to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration solutions and processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO functionalities, integration technologies (e.g., IDOC, SOAP, REST, RFC), and the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape.
Development Tools:
Proficiency in using SAP's integration tools, including the Integration Builder, Integration Directory, and Runtime Workbench.
Problem - Solving:
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Communication & Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with Cross-Functional teams and stakeholders.
