SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant

In this role, you will work closely with Client’s SAP COE, AMS SCM team, and customer operations teams to provide expert functional support across the full O2C cycle — from order management to cash receipt.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support & Issue Resolution

• Address and resolve end-user issues in line with project SLAs.
• Manage support tickets raised through the helpdesk tool.
• Monitor SAP SD processes, proactively identifying failed jobs, interface errors, or data inconsistencies.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues across related modules (MM, FI, QM, etc.).

Configuration, Enhancements & Change Management

• Update SAP SD configuration to support business process changes or resolve issues.
• Assess enhancement requests, gather functional requirements, evaluate impact, and coordinate implementation.
• Support O2C workstreams across ongoing projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and integration initiatives.
• Facilitate testing activities (unit, integration, and UAT) and ensure smooth go-live.

Process Improvement & Optimisation

• Analyse existing O2C processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Recommend SAP standard solutions, best practices, and automation opportunities to optimize the O2C cycle.

Training, Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Provide day-to-day support to key users and business stakeholders.
• Deliver training sessions and prepare clear user documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date configuration documentation, process flows, change logs, and troubleshooting guides.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as an

  SAP SD / O2C Functional Consultant

  .
• Strong understanding of O2C processes: Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in integration points with MM, FI, QM and other relevant modules.
• Ability to manage incidents, enhancements, testing, and change requests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
• Experience in the

  pharmaceutical sector

  or other regulated environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
