Job Description

Your Role:

Lead SAP OTC module implementation and support activities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure SAP SD modules including pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and order management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, CRM) to ensure seamless integration.
Manage change requests, enhancements, and incident resolution.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business stakeholders.

Your Profile:

9-12 years of experience in SAP SD/OTC with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of OTC processes including order management, delivery, invoicing, and returns.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
Integration experience with SAP FI, MM, and third-party systems.
