Job Description

Role Overview:

The SAP OTC Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Order-to-Cash processes across global business units. This role involves leading SAP SD configurations, integrating with other modules, and ensuring seamless end-to-end OTC operations in S/4HANA or ECC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP SD Configuration & Implementation:

Lead the design and configuration of SAP SD components including order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and credit management.
Configure pricing procedures, output determination, and delivery processing.
Manage integration with SAP MM, FI, PP, and third-party systems.

Project Leadership:

Oversee full-cycle SAP OTC implementations including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, logistics, and IT.
Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.

Process Optimization & Support:

Analyze OTC business processes and recommend improvements.
Lead UAT, integration testing, and training sessions.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous enhancements.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and processes.
