About the Role

SAP Operations Lead

The ideal candidate will align SAP strategy with business goals to ensure operational efficiency, data integrity, and seamless cross-functional integration.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing:
Lead vendor selection, contract management, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Inventory Management:
Optimize material availability and costs through effective use of SAP MM modules.
Supply Chain Optimization:
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce disruptions.
SAP MM Configuration & Support:
Configure, customize, and maintain SAP MM modules. Provide end-user training and support during upgrades.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze procurement and inventory data to drive process improvements and generate actionable insights.
Collaboration & Communication:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, logistics) and external partners for smooth operations.

Skills & Competencies

Strong
expertise in SAP MM
configuration and process design.
In-depth knowledge of
procurement, warehousing, inventory, and supply chain management
.
Excellent
analytical and problem-solving
capabilities.
Effective
communication and stakeholder management
skills.
Ability to
lead and mentor
small teams.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and Office tools
.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience:

10 -15 years of total experience, preferably in
Power / Renewable Energy
sector.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing
SAP systems (MM module)
