Job Description

4 to 6 years
of hands-on experience in
SAP MM module
in a
support environment in ECC
.
Strong knowledge of
L1, L2, and L3 support
processes, including incident management and service request handling.
Good knowledge and understanding of SD module
Solid understanding of
P2P process
, including purchase cycles, inventory transactions, and vendor data.
Basic understanding of
integration points with SD, FI, and WM
modules.
Familiarity with analyzing SAP error messages, logs, and basic
ABAP debugging
for functional analysis.
Experience working with
ticketing tools
(e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with users and support teams.
Ability to document and maintain support SOPs and knowledge articles.
Willing to work in Rotational Shifts(24*5)
