Position Overview

Serve as the MDM domain expert throughout the project lifecycle—from blueprinting to hypercare—bridging business users and technical teams to deliver clean, governed master data solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, perform gap analysis, and design master data processes and repository models.
• Implement MDM solutions across the full lifecycle—configuration, testing, migration, go-live support, and hypercare.
• Manage data integrations using ALE/IDoc and web services, and ensure smooth data synchronization.
• Define data governance frameworks, functional specs, and training documentation.
• Deliver end-user training, facilitate testing cycles, and support post-go-live operations.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on SAP MDM (or MDG) implementation experience — 5–6 years
• Proficiency in ABAP (custom enhancements), ALE/IDoc interfaces, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Expertise in master data processes—modeling, cleansing, governance, and workflow

Nice-to-Have

• SAP MDG experience, especially with S/4HANA
• ABAP 7.4 and OO‑ABAP knowledge
• Familiar with data migration tools like LSMW, LTMC, or Data Services
• Exposure to data quality tools, dashboards, and KPI tracking
