SAP Lead

Procurement and Sourcing:

Leading and managing procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract

negotiation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Inventory Management:

Optimizing inventory levels to balance cost reduction with material availability,

using SAP MM modules for stock control and forecasting.

• Supply Chain Optimization:

Working with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and

minimize disruptions, including collaborating with logistics and warehouse

management teams.

• SAP MM Configuration and Support:

Configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to meet business needs, providing

end-user training and support, and participating in system upgrades.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing inventory data, procurement trends, and other relevant metrics to identify

areas for improvement and generate reports.

• Collaboration and Communication:

Working effectively with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, finance) and

external suppliers.

SAP MM Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP MM modules, including

configuration, customization, and process design.

• Materials Management Knowledge: Experience in areas like procurement, inventory

control, warehousing, and supply chain management.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems,

and develop solutions.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively collaborate with crossfunctional

teams and communicate with stakeholders.

• Leadership and Team Management Skills: May be required to supervise and mentor

team members.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Excel and other relevant software
