SAP Lead

You will be joining Exide Energy Solutions Limited as a SAP Lead in the Manufacturing organization at the Devanahalli, Bangalore location. Your main responsibilities will revolve around SAP-related initiatives, collaborating with various teams, vendors, and partners. Your role will involve gathering detailed business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions, overseeing the testing process, optimizing system performance, and ensuring accurate SAP implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Work on the roll-out and implementation of new business applications within SAP MM, PP, PS, SD, FICO, and QM areas - Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products to clients for successful implementation - Collaborate with the SAP Run Team in prioritizing, testing, and deploying system change requests - Design and implement core functionalities of SAP MM, including screen controls - Assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP modules - Participate in SAP technical and functional rollouts at the group level - Gather requirements, design, implement, and support SAP Materials Management to enhance business functionality - Configure the SAP system in the areas of MM to meet blueprinting requirements Mandatory Skills: - Strong presentation and facilitation skills - ERP knowledge in at least two modules with a focus on SD, MM, FICO - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external customers - Minimum 5 years of experience in full project lifecycle implementations - Experience in Plant level Greenfield SAP Rollout and Carve out / Carve in scenarios - Familiarity with SAP GRC Tools and integration with MES, WMS Desired Skills: - Advisory role to senior leadership on IT applications design, configuration, and testing in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, and shared services industry Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech with 10-20 years of experience,
