SAP Lead

You will be joining Exide Energy Solutions Limited as a SAP Lead in the manufacturing organization at their Devanahalli, Bangalore location. Your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for all SAP-related initiatives, collaborating with internal business teams, external vendors, and partners. Your responsibilities will include: - Working on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality within SAP MM, PP, PS, SD, FICO, and QM space - Providing functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products to clients for successful implementation - Facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders for successful project delivery and continuous improvement within the SAP landscape - Configuring the SAP system in the areas of MM to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions - Participating in rollouts of SAP technical and functional modules at the group level Mandatory Skills: - Advanced presentation and facilitation skills - ERP knowledge in at least two modules (SD, MM, FICO) on process, data structure, and architectural level - Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external customers - At least 5 years of experience in full project lifecycle implementations - Experience in plant level greenfield SAP rollout and carve out/carve in scenarios - Experience with SAP GRC Tools and integration with MES, WMS Desired Skills: - Advising senior leadership and IT staff on IT applications design, configuration, and testing in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, and shared services industry Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech with 10-20 years of experience (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
