Job Description

As a SAP Basis Lead with 6-8 years of experience, your role will involve leading and managing the SAP Basis team in implementation, upgrades, migrations, and support. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems such as ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, etc. - Managing SAP landscape design, system copies, refreshes, client administration, and transport management to ensure smooth operations. - Ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of SAP systems and databases. - Collaborating with functional, development, infrastructure, and security teams for seamless operations. - Leading SAP upgrades, patching, kernel updates, OS/DB migrations, and HANA database management. - Implementing and enforcing SAP Basis governance, standards, and security controls. - Providing root cause analysis and resolution for complex system issues. - Planning and executing disaster recovery and backup strategies. - Mentoring, coaching, and guiding junior Basis consultants.
