Job Description

As an experienced candidate with 2+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM projects, you will have the opportunity to work across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries in the UK, North America & Europe regions. Your role will involve experience with CRM ISU Integration, end-to-end implementation, and support projects. Additionally, you will utilize your client-facing experience to contribute to the setup of Rate Structure and Billing Schema, Price management, and analyzing issues in Billing & Invoicing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Setup of Billing Master Data/Tariff Structure for Metered/Unmetered Installations - Integration with Device Management, Finance & SD module - Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives - Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM projects - Experience in setup of Rate Structure and Billing Schema, Price management - Client facing experience - Good Experience Invoice Layout & Bill Print - Integration with Device Management, Finance & SD module Please note that the location of posting for this position is at Infosys Ltd.
