The SAP ISU Consultant will have a minimum of 9 years of experience and will be responsible for end-to-end SAP IS-U implementation, support, and S/4HANA Utilities migration projects. You will be required to configure and support modules in Customer Engagement, Device Management (DM), and Billing & Invoicing. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support UAT activities will be a crucial part of your role. Integration points with CRM, FICA, AMI, and other SAP modules will need to be handled efficiently. Troubleshooting and resolving complex Utilities business process issues will also be a key responsibility. Ensuring smooth execution of functional testing, business process validation, and data migration activities is essential. To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in SAP IS-U modules such as Customer Engagement, Device Management, Billing & Invoicing. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC S/4HANA Utilities migration is preferred. Functional knowledge of smart meters, AMI, and EDM (Energy Data Management) will be beneficial. Proficiency in configuring rate determination, billing schema, and meter lifecycle processes is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional SAP team is also a key requirement.,
