Sap Implementation Project Manager - DGM/ GM Level _ Chennai

Role Overview : We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our SAP & IT strategy, leading large-scale digital transformations and ensuring seamless integration across our enterprise ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex SAP implementations and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise SAP Leadership:
• Lead comprehensive SAP implementations across core modules (P2P, FICO, PS, HR, O&M)
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for SAP adoption and optimization
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP with existing business processes
• Compliance & Governance:
• Design and deploy audit-ready SAP workflows with embedded compliance controls
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, IFC audits) within SAP environment
• Maintain zero non-compliance status across all regulatory requirements
• Digital Transformation:
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools to enhance SAP capabilities
• Develop real-time financial and operational dashboards for large-scale project monitoring
• Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with long-term business goals
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with CXOs and cross-functional teams to enhance SAP functionality
• Drive end-user adoption through structured training programs
• Manage relationships with ERP partners and vendors
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of 40+ professionals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Ensure successful multi-location SAP rollouts

Technical & Professional Competencies:

• Technical Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SAP ECC (Enterprise Central Component) and S4 HANA environments
• Proficiency in cross-module integration (FICO, Project Structure, Plant Maintenance. MM, HR, Document Management System)
• Experience in legacy system evaluation and migration
• Leadership Skills:
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in managing multi-location implementations
• Business Acumen:
• Understanding of infrastructure, EPC, or real estate sectors
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience:
• 15+ years in SAP implementation and management
• Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformations
• Experience in infrastructure, EPC, or real estate sectors

• Education & Certifications:
• MBA or equivalent degree
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification preferred
• ISO Auditor certification advantageous
