Assistant Manager Projects Liaison

SCOPE OF WORK

The role is responsible for smooth coordination between property owners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to finalize lease agreements, renewals, and facility readiness.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Property Identification & Onboarding:

• Scout and evaluate new properties for Lab and PSC based on business requirements and as per the compliances requirement.

• Do site visits and preliminary assessments, prepare visit reports and recommendations with pos and cons

• Coordinate with brokers, landlords and internal teams for property finalization.

2. Lease Management:

• Coordinate with property owners for lease negotiations, renewals, extensions, and documentation.

• Ensure timely signing/execution of rental agreements existing and new property in alignment with legal, finance and cross functions.

• Maintain MIS of lease expiry dates, renewals and rental terms.

• Ensure timely completion of owner scope of civil infra work (plumbing, electrical, civil, building compliance and electricity load etc.) as per agreed/ signed timelines.

• Resolve owner queries and establish trust and long-term relationships.

3. Owner Coordination & Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary liaison with landlords for all commercial, operational, and facility related matters.

• Ensure timely completion of owner scope of work (plumbing, electrical, civil, access, etc.) as per agreed timelines.

• Resolve owner queries and establish trust and long-term relationships.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Projects teams for site recce, approvals, documentation, compliance and payment disbursement.

• Track vendor and owner payments, ensure timely bill submission and payout release.

• Escalate delays or deviations proactively to relevant stakeholders.

• Coordination with suppliers for timely machine / equipments delivery and make a tracker
