Job Description:
Should have 4 years of experience in SAP HCM testing.
Should have good work experience in testing of SAP HCM modules - PA, OM, Time management, Benefits, ESS/MSS, US & Canada Payroll, Compensation management and 3rd Party Interfaces
Should have good work experience with testing life cycle -Test scenario design (positive, negative, pre and post changes testing, volume testing etc), Test case creation, execution, documentation, defect creation, update, closure etc.
Should be able to provide inputs for test plan creation including number of test scenarios and test cases used for estimation of the test cycles /schedule, dependencies etc in addition to the other dependencies from various teams like environment availability, third party interfaces and test data etc.
Should have experience with Jira and Testing tool QTEST
Should have experience to provide support required for the Business / client in completing UAT.
Should have good work experience in agile-processes and handling sprint/iterations, Ability to self-manage, show leadership, communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.
