Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Personnel Administration (PA): employee master data, infotypes, actions.
Manage Organizational Management (OM): org structure, positions, jobs, PA-OM integration.
Handle Time Management: work schedules, absence/attendance types, quotas, time evaluation.
Configure Payroll (India/Global): schemas, rules, wage types, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, IT).
Provide L2/L3 support, handle change requests, testing, documentation.
Coordinate with business and technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM PA/OM/Time/Payroll.
Expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and statutory rules.
Good functional knowledge of HR processes and integration points.
Ability to analyze issues, prepare FS documents, and work with ABAP teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SuccessFactors, ESS/MSS, Fiori HR apps.
Knowledge of HR authorizations, HR Renewal, or cross-module integration.
Exposure to ITSM tools like Jira or SAP SolMan.
