Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, including Employee Central, Absence Management, and Time Management.
Develop and maintain payroll processes using SAP Payroll, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM and Payroll systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM and Payroll.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM with other systems.
Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HCM, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
Strong knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Experience with SAP HCM tools such as Employee Central, Absence Management, and Time Management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
