Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with deep functional expertise in Payroll and hands-on experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should also possess working knowledge of Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA). Experience in configuring and supporting payroll processes, statutory compliance, and integrating payroll with time and finance systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll:
• Configure and support SAP Payroll on S/4HANA, including wage types, schemas, PCRs, retroactive accounting, and payroll areas.
• Execute payroll cycles, simulations, off-cycle runs, and reconciliations within the S/4HANA framework.
• Ensure end-to-end statutory and tax compliance (e.g., Income Tax, PF, ESI, W2, etc.) based on country requirements.
• Handle finance integration (posting payroll to FI) and troubleshoot errors using S/4HANA tools and reports.
• Time Management (TM):
• Configure time evaluation schemas and rules using S/4HANA.
• Manag e attendance/absence types, infotypes, and work schedules.
• Integrate time results with payroll for accurate valuation.
• Personnel Administration (PA):
• Manage employee master data across relevant infotypes.
• Execute personnel actions and ensure data consistency for payroll integration.
• Support employee lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6-8+ years of SAP HCM experience,

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environment, especially for Payroll and HCM modules.
• Proficient in schemas, PCRs, symbolic accounts, wage type configuration, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of payroll statutory rules, finance integration, and cluster data.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management, OM, and PA modules.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Fiori apps for HCM/payroll in S/4HANA.
• SAP HCM or S/4HANA Certification is desirable.

Experience with data migration or system conversion from ECC to S/4HANA is a plus.
