SAP Grow Capability Lead Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic SAP Grow Capability Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12-16 years of experience in SAP and will be responsible for developing the overall SAP Grow capability and go-to-market offerings, including accelerators. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SAP solutions and a proven track record in capability development and market strategy. Profile Description: Capability Development: Lead the development and enhancement of the SAP Grow capability, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and market demands. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for SAP Grow offerings, including the creation of accelerators to drive market penetration and customer adoption. Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative SAP solutions that meet client needs and drive business value. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform capability development and go-to-market strategies. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, and provide expert guidance on SAP Grow solutions. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies and successful delivery of SAP Grow projects. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of SAP Grow capability and go-to-market initiatives. Professional Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. 12-16 years of experience in SAP functional areas. Should have worked on SAP Grow project as Architect or a functional lead. Deep expertise in at least one SAP functional area (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP Mfg., SAP Sales & Distributions, SAP Materials Management). Strong understanding of cross-module integrations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. SAP certification(s) is a plus.
