SAP GRC Trainer

We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to individuals and corporate clients. The trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging training content on SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, and Audit Management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on SAP GRC modules for individuals, corporate batches, or internal employees. Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to various learning needs. Explain complex GRC concepts, configurations, and best practices in an easy-to-understand manner. Provide hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and case studies to enhance practical knowledge. Stay updated with the latest SAP GRC versions, updates, and compliance trends. Assess learner progress, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Support trainees with post-training clarifications and assistance as needed. Coordinate with the training coordinator or program manager for scheduling and resource requirements. Customize training modules to fit client-specific compliance and risk management requirements when needed. Requirements: Proven experience working as an SAP GRC Consultant or SAP GRC Trainer. In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC modules: Access Control (AC), Process Control (PC), Risk Management (RM), and Audit Management (AM). Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and segregation of duties (SoD). Prior experience in delivering classroom, online, or blended training programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage learners with interactive and practical examples. Relevant SAP certifications in GRC modules are preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for delivering virtual training. Knowledge of audit processes and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Ability to develop self-paced e-learning content is a plus.
