As a Training and Development Specialist at Bringle Academy, your role involves creating and implementing effective training programs to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in their respective fields. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing comprehensive training manuals for both end users and administrators to ensure a smooth learning process. - Creating online training materials to facilitate remote learning and accessibility. - Conducting training sessions on product usage and process changes, focusing on application and contextual understanding. - Leading training sessions for groups ranging from 5 to 20 individuals, ensuring engagement and effective knowledge transfer. - Assessing the effectiveness of training by evaluating candidates" acquired knowledge and skills through customized assessments. - Managing resistance to change by addressing concerns and ensuring smooth transitions.
