Application Developer – SAP GRC

Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently perform end-to-end application development activities and establish yourself as an SME in SAP GRC.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business processes and project requirements.
• Design, develop, and configure applications tailored to meet business objectives.
• Provide innovative solutions and actively contribute in team discussions and problem-solving sessions.
• Assist in documenting application processes, workflows, and best practices for consistency and clarity.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure smooth application functionality.
• Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and organizational standards in all development activities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve application design and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise and hands-on experience in

  SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC)

  .
• Proven experience integrating SAP GRC with other enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of application development methodologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of data security, risk management, and compliance standards relevant to SAP GRC.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with SAP security concepts and audit/compliance processes.
• Exposure to cloud-based integration scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
