Currently House of Shipping is looking to identify a high caliber Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our team. Job Purpose: This role is critical to the successful deployment, development, and ongoing support of SAP Transportation Management (TM) -Container Shipping Line (CSL) solutions across our customers' organizations. Roles & Responsibilities: As a key member of our SAP team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure the SAP TM-CSL solution meets business requirements and industry best practices. • Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM and TM-CSL modules. • Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements related to transportation and shipping operations. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design. • Configure SAP TM-CSL functionalities including freight order management, carrier selection, charge calculation, and container shipping processes. • Support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA core modules) and third-party logistics systems. • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and support teams. • Stay updated with SAP innovations and industry trends, especially in the shipping and logistics domain. Background and experience: Background in logistics, supply chain, or maritime operations. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM or SAP TM-CSL implementation and support. Strong understanding of transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement processes. Experience in global SAP projects and working in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
