SAP FICO

The SAP FICO Consultant plays a vital role in organizing and controlling financial data and reporting processes within the organization. Your responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing the SAP FICO module, conducting testing, preparing functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration. You will provide expert guidance on financial closing processes, ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial regulations, support end-users, and mentor junior consultants and staff. Additionally, you will participate in project planning phases, work with external vendors, facilitate workshops, and document system configurations and processes. Staying updated with the latest SAP releases and proposing enhancements for business efficiency are also part of your role. You will review and improve financial processes to achieve operational excellence. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, system integration, SAP S/4HANA, and ECC platforms is required. Holding a relevant certification in SAP FICO, possessing analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with financial regulations such as IFRS and GAAP, experience with financial reporting tools, knowledge of ABAP programming, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy are also necessary. Willingness to travel for project implementation and support when required is expected.,
