7–10+ years hands‑on experience as SAP FICO functional consultant, including at least one full‑cycle implementation and multiple enhancement/support engagements.
Strong configuration experience across FI and CO submodules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, CCA/PCA, IO, COPA; product costing if relevant).
Solid understanding of core accounting and controlling principles (financial statements, period closing, cost allocations, standard/actual costing).
Proven experience integrating FICO with MM, SD, PP and handling end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, and record‑to‑report scenarios.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (e.g., Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, margin analysis, Fiori apps) is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate business issues into system solutions and articulate trade‑offs.
