Job Description

As an SAP FICO Platinum Consultant at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, specifically in greenfield S/4HANA implementations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that business requirements are met with robust and scalable SAP solutions. With your strong problem-solving skills and experience in both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, you will lead and manage complex projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage greenfield S/4HANA implementation projects from start to finish. - Design and configure SAP FICO modules for both S/4 HANA and ECC platforms. - Participate in at least 2 end-to-end implementations and effectively communicate with customers. - Possess cloud experience as an additional advantage. - Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops with clients, and develop functional specifications. - Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). - Facilitate data migration and system integration activities. - Analyze and optimize business processes within the SAP FICO framework. - Collaborate with other SAP modules and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency. - Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and junior consultants. - Lead and manage SAP FICO projects, develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. - Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO developments, best practices, and industry trends. - Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. - Participate in SAP user groups and forums to share knowledge and learn from peers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support. - Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori. - Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong project management and leadership skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - SAP certification in FI/CO is a plus.
