Sap Fico Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling, including hands-on S/4HANA Public & Private Cloud experience. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, migrations, rollouts, and AMS support while driving finance transformation and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP FICO Solution Design & Configuration

• Lead end-to-end FI & CO solution design (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, APP, Product Costing, CO-PA, Closing Cockpit).
  
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare Blueprint documents.
  
• Configure enterprise structure, master data, tax, and payment processes.
  

2. Implementation & Project Delivery

• Drive S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, Public Cloud, On-Premise).
  
• Own Explore, Realization, Cutover, Migration, and Hypercare phases.
  
• Manage Unit, Integration, UAT, and Regression testing.
  
• Coordinate with technical teams on RICEFW, enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
  

3. Data Migration & Integration

• Define migration strategies for FI & CO objects.
  
• Use SAP Migration Cockpit and LSMW.
  
• Handle integrations via IDocs, APIs, RFCs, Web Services, and flat files.
  

4. Finance Process Ownership

• Lead finance transformation from legacy systems to S/4HANA.
  
• Ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance and month/year-end closing.
  
• Drive standardization across business units.
  

5. Banking & Payments

• Configure bank accounting, EBS, DMEE/DMEE(X), payment media, and BCM/APM.
  
• Manage MT940/BAI2 formats, refunds, payment lots, and FX integrations.
  

6. Stakeholder Management & Leadership

• Engage with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
  
• Lead functional teams and ensure delivery quality.
  
• Conduct workshops, training, and act as FICO SME.
  
• Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, PM, HR, Basis, and Security teams.
  

7. Support & Change Management

• Handle incidents, changes, enhancements, and RCA.
  
• Prepare functional specs, SOPs, test scripts, and training documents.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of hands-on SAP FI & CO experience.
  
• 4 to 5 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  
• Strong expertise in FI, CO, Banking, Costing, and integrations.
  
• Mandatory experience in Public & Private Cloud.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
  
• SAP FICO / S/4HANA Certification preferred.
