Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and support SAP FICO implementation, upgrade, and support projects
Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, etc.)
Integrate FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
Coordinate with finance teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance
Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and change management
Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work with ABAP developers
Assist with data migration, testing (UAT), training, and documentation
Stay current with new SAP FICO functionalities and S/4HANA finance innovations

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Masters in Finance, Accounting, or related field
8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience
Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
Deep understanding of financial reporting, controlling, and integration points
Excellent analytical and communication skills
SAP Certification in FICO is a plus
Experience with global projects or multi-country rollouts preferred
