Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a strong background in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects. The Consultant/SME will play a critical role in driving finance transformation initiatives and supporting business growth through SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

Act as the go-to SME for all SAP FICO-related solutions, integrations, and configurations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.

Perform gap analysis and suggest improvements to existing finance processes.

Conduct system configuration, functional testing, and documentation.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and internal teams.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including integration with MM, SD, and other modules.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

7- 16 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module.

Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).

Minimum 2-3 full life-cycle SAP FICO implementations.

Solid understanding of business processes in Finance and Controlling.

Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

Integration experience with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.

Exposure to Indian taxation (GST), statutory reporting, and localization requirements.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP FICO certification.

Experience in the manufacturing, retail, or services industry.

Prior experience in working with global teams or clients.

Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

• Relevant Experience - 7 to 16 yrs
• Location: Bangalore
• Mode of Work - Work from Office 5 days a week
• Should be ok with Project related Travel
• Notice period: Max 20 Days
