SAP FICO Associate Consultant

As an in-house SAP FI Consultant based at Corporate House, Guwahati, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will be a competent professional with 2/3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, possessing good working knowledge in Finance and Accounts. Your experience should include full life cycle implementation/support projects, with exposure in SAP FI/CO modules for business process study and organizational structure. You should have knowledge and experience in Organization Structure, Basic data, and FICO sub-modules such as GL, AR, AP, AA, and CO. Integration experience with FI-MM & FI-SD would be desirable. Your role will involve a good understanding of business processes and workflows in financial accounting and costing. You must be detail-oriented, a quick learner, a good listener, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Additionally, strong communication, management, and presentation skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively discuss critical issues for timely resolution - Analyze issues and provide resolutions - Make configuration changes as required by the company's business - Coordinate with technical consultants for new developments and enhancements - Train end-users when required and troubleshoot day-to-day issues for FI transactions and reports - Perform month-end activities related to cost and financial business processes Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling required - SAP FICO certification required In addition to the job requirements, the benefits offered include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
