Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. SAP Finance Operations

Manage day-to-day activities in
SAP FI/CO
, including invoice posting, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial workflows.
Troubleshoot SAP-related issues by coordinating with internal IT and business teams.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all SAP financial transactions.

2. Invoicing & Accounts Payable

Handle end-to-end vendor invoice processing, PO/PR matching, GRN validation, and compliance checks.
Ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining strong vendor relations.
Oversee documentation for audits and internal approvals.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory tax processes including preparation and filing of returns.
Ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines and coordinate with auditors/tax consultants.
Maintain documentation required for statutory audits and notices.

4. Accounting & Financial Reporting

Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with accounting standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS, P&L statements, and balance sheet schedules.
Support internal/external audits and assist in query resolution.

5. Process Improvement & Controls

Identify gaps in financial processes and lead automation or system enhancement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and risk management guidelines.
Drive standardisation of finance processes across teams.
