SAP EWM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and integration projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-go-live support.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand warehouse processes and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
  
• Design and optimize warehouse processes including inbound/outbound logistics, storage strategies, inventory management, and warehouse automation.
  
• Customize SAP EWM modules to meet business needs and integrate with other SAP modules like SAP WM, MM, SD, TM, and third-party logistics systems.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  
• Analyze complex business challenges and provide scalable SAP EWM solutions.
  
• Support SAP EWM troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
  
• Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and training materials.
  
• Participate in workshops, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and change management activities.
  
• Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM releases, tools, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP EWM implementations and support.
  
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and logistics operations.
  
• Expertise in SAP EWM configuration, master data setup, process modeling, and troubleshooting.
  
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP WM, SAP TM, and external systems.
  
• Proven track record of handling full lifecycle SAP EWM projects.
  
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Willingness to travel PAN India based on project requirements.
  
• Relevant SAP certification in EWM will be an advantage.
  

Preferred:

• Experience with automation technologies in warehousing (RFID, barcode scanners, conveyors).
  
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 for SAP EWM user experience enhancements.
  
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
