Job Description

We are hiring SAP Enterprise Sales Manager for an MNC

Location : Bangalore

SAP Enterprise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end SAP sales cycle including lead generation, solution presentation, proposal development, and deal closure.
Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts in both Indian and global markets.
Strong focus on SAP Licensing Sales and Implementation Project including negotiating, structuring, and closing licensing deals.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs) to understand business needs and align SAP solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and effective solution proposals.
Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare detailed sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in SAP sales with a strong focus on SAP Licensing and Implementation project.
Proven experience in handling both domestic (India) and international clients.
Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets as an individual contributor.
Strong business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
