Your Role: 
  • Lead workshops, gather requirements, and design SAP CS solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Configure and support SAP CS modules including service orders, notifications, warranties, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

  • Your Profile: 
  • 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP CS module implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of service management, equipment master, and warranty processing.
  • Experience in integration with SAP SD, PM, and FI modules.
  • Proven ability to manage full lifecycle SAP projects including blueprinting, testing, and deployment.
