Job Description

Strong experience in
SAP CRM (7.0 or above)
with a mix of
functional and technical
roles.
Expertise in
CRM modules
such as
Sales, Service, Marketing
, and
Interaction Center
.
Hands-on experience with
SAP Web UI configuration, BOL/GENIL programming
, and
CRM Middleware
.
Good understanding of
CRM master data, transactions, and partner functions
.
Ability to analyze business requirements and provide end-to-end functional & technical solutions.
Proficient in
ABAP
related to CRM enhancements, BADI implementations, and custom developments.
Experience integrating SAP CRM with
ECC, BW, or external systems
via middleware or web services.
Exposure to
custom UI component development and enhancement
using BSP or WebUI.
Strong communication skills to interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Ability to
lead modules or small teams
, mentor juniors, and manage client expectations.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA Customer Management
(if applicable).
Familiarity with
Agile/DevOps
methodologies.
TCS internal experience or familiarity with TCS delivery model is a plus.
