Job Description

Job Title: SAP CRM Consultant (5+ Years Experience)

SAP CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP CRM modules (Sales/Service/Marketing).
Design and configure
SAP CRM WebUI
, Business Roles, Work Centers, and UI Components.
Work with
BOL/GENIL
, Action Profiles, Partner Functions, and Organizational Model.
Manage and troubleshoot
CRM Middleware
, including BDOCs, initial/delta loads, and system integration.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support integration with ECC/S4HANA and external systems.
Handle change requests, enhancements, and production support activities.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist in UAT for business users.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), Technical Specs (TS), documentation, and training materials.
Provide post-implementation support and drive system improvements.

Must-Have Skills

Minimum
5+ years of hands-on experience
in SAP CRM.
Strong knowledge of
CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing
processes.
Expertise in
SAP CRM WebUI
, including UI configurations and BOL/GENIL framework.
Solid understanding of
CRM Middleware
, BDOCs, and integration with ECC/S/4HANA.
Experience with BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and Action Profiles.
Ability to work with cross-functional integration (SD, MM, FI).
Basic ABAP debugging and understanding of custom development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with
SAP S/4HANA Customer Management
or
SAP C4C
.
Knowledge of Fiori, OData services, workflows, or BRF+.
SAP CRM Certification.
