About the Role

SAP CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Work on
SAP CRM modules
including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
Configure and customize
Business Partner (BP), Product Master, Pricing, Actions, and Middleware
.
Develop and enhance CRM functionalities using
BAdIs, BAPIs, User Exits, and WebUI configurations
.
Handle
CRM Middleware
setup, monitoring, and data replication with ECC/S/4HANA.
Gather business requirements, prepare FS/TS documents, and conduct workshops with stakeholders.
Support
end-to-end CRM processes
including lead-to-quote, service request-to-order, and complaint management.
Work closely with ABAP, PI/PO, BASIS teams for integration and issue resolution.
Provide L2/L3 support, analyze incidents, and implement fixes.
Participate in
unit testing, SIT, UAT
, and support go-live and post-production activities.

Required Skills

Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in SAP CRM.
Strong functional knowledge in
CRM Sales, Service, Marketing
.
Experience with
WebUI configuration
, BSP enhancements, and UI component workbench.
Expertise in
CRM Middleware
, BDOCs, and replication troubleshooting.
Knowledge of
pricing procedures, partner determination, actions framework
.
Good understanding of
ECC/S/4HANA integration
(SD/MM/FI).
Strong troubleshooting abilities in both
functional & technical
areas.
Experience in writing FS, understanding TS, and coordinating with technical teams.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Good to Have

Experience with
SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
or
S/4HANA Customer Management
.
Knowledge of
SAP PI/PO
, BRF+, or integration technologies.
Experience in
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
